Granmonte vineyard & winery
A shared vision rooted in terroir
What happens when two pioneers—one in winemaking, the other in cuisine—come together with a shared commitment to sustainability and local ingredients? GranMonte and Electric Sheep are redefining what it means to celebrate Thai terroir, proving that fine wine and Mediterranean flavors can thrive in the heart of Thailand.
Their collaboration is more than just a pairing; it’s a meeting of traditions, innovation, and a deep respect for the land. With GranMonte crafting award-winning wines from Thai-grown grapes and Electric Sheep reimagining Mediterranean cuisine through the lens of local produce, their partnership is as natural as the land that inspires them.
The farmiers
Farm to table …to farm
From the markets of Reims to the fields of Thailand, Audrey and Benoit Deloffre are redefining sustainable farming. Instead of exporting their premium produce, they chose to cultivate it locally, founding Les Farmiers in Kamphaeng Phet. Their off-grid farm supplies Electric Sheep with organic vegetables, while fresh herbs thrive in a rooftop garden. A closed-loop system returns composted kitchen waste to the farm, enriching the soil and reducing waste.
Their vision goes beyond farming—they’re inspiring a future where urban spaces flourish, and dining embraces truly local, sustainable ingredients.

MELTDISTRICT
Giving waste a second life
At MELTDISTRICT, discarded plastic finds new purpose. This Chiang Mai-based studio transforms six tons of plastic waste each day into stunning furniture, art, and gifts—like the tabletops at Electric Sheep. Without adding a drop of new dye, they melt and blend recycled materials into vibrant, one-of-a-kind designs that reflect the region’s unique waste stream.
Its founders are reshaping the way we think about waste, proving that sustainability and creativity go hand in hand.
