Who we are

At the top of the Warehouse, an eclectic community in retro-chic Talad Noi 5-min from Chinatown, discover a new habitat: ELECTRIC SHEEP.

Walk up the eerie stairs, echoes of a world long gone, and immerse yourself in the cyberpunk aesthetics inspired by Philip K. Dick’s “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?”.

The exhibited building decay, corrugated tin roofs and intricate window ironworks, bathed in the neon glow, create the backdrop for an experience that is as much about rethinking our relationship with food as it is about savouring it.

Electrip Sheep offers an authentic, thought-provoking exploration of the tension between nature and ultra-urban Bangkok, through food. The restaurant is not just a kitchen—it’s a sustainable lab with a Mediterranean DNA.

We have sparked a rebellion against food waste. Our culinary philosophy advocates for a new way of thinking about food. Each dish reflects the mind-bending challenge and creative problem-solving of eliminating waste by design, drawing on techniques like fermentation, whole-ingredient cooking and on-site food scraps composting. We honor talented local producers who put their soul and sweat into delivering the best quality produces. On the roof, herbs and vegetables push through the soil like a quiet defiance of the barren cityscape. They are a nod to what was—what could be again.

In a metropolis where the bond between people and the earth has withered away, Electric Sheep is more than a place to eat; it’s a place to reflect on our connection to nature, the food we consume, and the metropolis we inhabit.

WILL HUMANS END UP DREAMING OF SUSTAINABLE FOOD?
